- Prices listed on items in store do not match register prices. Was told by store employees "Prices change hourly" as the reason. - Name, address, phone number, and even driver's license number required to return a $28 item with a receipt that we were applying towards the purchase of a more expensive item. - Excluded items for '15% off coupon on any item in store' exclude so many items in the store that even the store employees can't figure it out. Our salesperson tried to apply a coupon to our order only to realize it was one of the many, many items in excluded categories. - Bridal registry on website is slow and extremely difficult to use compared to others. - Shipping charges for items purchased from website are calculated based upon total dollar amount of order instead of weight which is how actual shipping costs are calculated by shipping companies. As a result, if you order a set of earrings for $300 you can pay almost $20 in shipping for an item that cost less much, much less to ship.
