I have always had really good experiences at Belk--there prices are affordable & they have really good customer service.

Since management has changed in 2005, the store is a great place to shop and has improved significantly. Management is very helpful and customer friendly. All employees are willing to help customers. This is a wonderful place to shop and I would rather go there than any of the department stores surrounding!

This Aveda concept salon was started by Carmen (of Carmen Carmen fame in Charlotte). The staff is expertly trained, the atmosphere is soothing, relaxing, and perfect for a spa experience. Angela, who does facials, waxing, and massages, is excellent - would highly recommend her!

Mediocre service. I don't need a dozen people lavishing over me, but a more polite atmosphere/manner from everyone would be lovely. On the other hand, it's the best haircut I've received in some time.
