Best Shop I Have Ever Used

I have been using Brakes Plus to service my Honda Van (166,000 miles) and my Subaru (75,000 miles) for about a year. Glenn and Tim are by far the most knowledgeable and professional technicians I have ever had service my vehicles. Glenn always explains what service is needed, how much it will cost, and any options that may be available. He takes the time to answer any questions, and I have never felt any pressure to do more work than I was comfortable with. I have been to Brakes Plus for minor routine service, and some major repairs. Each time the work was performed professionally and correctly. This is not your typical repair shop. These guys care about doing the job right, and making the customer happy. I have recommended Brakes Plus to a friend, and he was completely satisfied with the service he received from Glenn and Tim. I will continue to use Brakes Plus and I will continue to recommend them to others.
