I am so happy with the work that Coats did on my car!! I had someone look at fixing my hood a while back but was very nervous about how it would turn out so I put it off. I recently moved to Raleigh and worked closely with Coats customers for a couple months. After seeing their work and how happy their customers were, I decided to see if they could fix my car and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! The hood of my car had big scratches over it that were starting to rust a bubble the paint on top, now it looks like nothing ever happened! The work that I have seen Coats do over the past months has really impressed me but even more important than that is how they treat their customers. They really take great care of them. From the time that they walk in the door the staff is helpful and friendly. Getting your car fixed can be very stressful, especially if you've been in an accident. But they seem to put their customers at ease and gives them confidence that their car will be fixed with great skill and in a timely manner. Thanks Coats!!

i was guided thoroughly throughout the repair process. i could look at pictures of my car online in various stages of repair. i had no problems with my repair and the company even fixed some paint scratches not related to my accident. i will trust them for all my future repairs. Mark B

My car was involved in a hit and run accident in sept of 08. I needed a new bumper, tail light and some other paint work.I was very frustrated I had to get my car fixed and had to pay for it because someone else was too rude to stop. The entire staff at Coats was great and made me feel like family. The car was ready in 2 days and looked wonderful. I was so excited with a job well done by Coats. I will recommend them to anyone, but hope I won't need to use them anytime soon. Thanks again everyone.

I used Coats to repair my 2007 Silverado after I accidentally bumped into another car. My Husband was furious but by the time they finished the repairs you couldn't even tell it was damaged. Great Job Coats

I had some damage repaired on my stepvan. Less than a year later the paint bubbled - corrosion was forming under the paint. I brought it back and even though the name was still Coats, they said that they were under new ownership and would not take responsibility. I now have a new truck that needs painting and I don't know where to take it, but I will not take it to Coats.

We purchased the business 5 years ago from the original owners. Since the purchase, Coats HAS warranted work that was done prior to ownership changing. Coats does review each claim and it must meet certain criteria for consideration. The original owner must produce the original documentation and warranty, there has to be no wear and tear to the vehicle or no new damage. Age of the vehicle can also be an issue when dealing with paint work. For customer service, the new owners HAVE warranted work that was done prior to change in ownership. Warranties can become very costly, therefore it is our policy that certain criteria is met. We regret that we can not always stand behind work that we have not done.
