Well, I wouldn't really know how to rate the food because I was denied the chance to try it! On the website it states that they are open until 10pm & that they deliver. Wrong! I called at 9:45 tonight to order delivery and was told they are already closed! I understand this is late notice, right before closing, but if they say they are open until 10pm, that means they should still be taking orders until 10pm. If they stop taking delivery orders before that time, they should include that information! It's very bad customer service to be losing customers because of false advertising...

I've lived in Raleigh for about 15 years, and this is by far the best place to get Chinese food that I know of. For one thing, it's not some greasy all-you-can-eat buffet place, but a real restaurant. So the food is well prepared, and tastes great! Prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. The staff is always pleasant, even when the place is packed which it usually is on the weekends.

I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. After waiting for over an hour for a delivery order, I found long wavy black hair in my food. I called Peking Gardens and told them what I found in my food, the gentleman that answered the phone told me he would bring my money (32.00) back to me. After waiting for another hour and no one coming to pick up the discusting food and returning my money, I called again and was told that they were very busy and I could bring the food to them and get a refund. I nicely explained to the man that I didn't go out to get the hairy food and I didn't feel I should have to go out to bring it back and get a refund. After all isn't that the point of getting a delivery order.(DUH) So as I set here writing this review, I am still waiting for someone to pick up this food and bring back my money. I only hope other people do not go through what I have been through this eveving. Hopefully Wangs Kitchen will be getting a call from me soon, as we are starving by this point.

Ordered take out for the first time and it was awful! Our order was delivered and they forgot one of the dishes that we ordered and payed for. We called and an hour later they redelivered the wrong dish!!

They had the best dim sum in town..always fresh, and delicious and then suddenly it stopped and no mention of it returning. What a disappointment. Other than that, it's the only place to actually get Peking Duck which is exceptional. BRING BACK the DIM SUM!!
